The only technical requirement is to have an Instagram account in business/creator mode linked with a Facebook page.

In the top bar there is a help button that explains how each screen works. We update the content constantly to make Chailatt easier to use.

We designed Chailatt to be very easy to use, with one single objective in each screen.

Go to Sign Up page (chailatt.com/signup), add a name, an email and a password, agree to the T&Cs and Privacy policy and wait for an email with a one time code to validate your email account.

That’s it.

Only Business plans allow multiple users under the same account, (3, 10 and 25).

For those with a Business plan, in the users tab inside the Settings screen, there is a button to create a code for others to join. Click on it and it will generate a code, and share it with the new user.

The new user after creating and validating an account, they’ll arrive to a page to either choose a plan or join an existing one. Choose join an existing plan and add the code.

Once they do that, they’ll became a user under your account.

Every user has access to Customer Support via tickets. On the top bar of every page you’ll be able to create a ticket related to an specific topic.

In the settings page, you can access your tickets in the “Tickets” tab.

Keep in mind that we depend on Instagram's services, which have their own limits on access and speed. So, if you're using a feature a lot, you might sometimes experience related issues.

Yes, your privacy is important to us.

If your Instagram account is set to private, Chailatt users won't be able to reach out to you. This is because Instagram doesn't share any details from private accounts, and we rely on that as our initial safety check.
